Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions and manage escalations
• Supervise training for assigned support resources
• Coordinate outreach activities with relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a related industry or clinical role
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills
• Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
