Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end management of HR digital risk activities
• Serve as the primary contact for risk compliance matters
• Guide Product Owners with risk assessment on digital changes
• Ensure compliance with vendor management standards
• Support risk validation processes and audits
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in HR technology or digital risk
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise risk and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to guide cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated adaptability in response to evolving needs Drive risk management excellence within RBC’s HR Digital Solutions team and ensure seamless compliance across operations.
