Lead Integrated Logistics Support for AirProSAR Services Inc.’s CC295 Kingfisher fleet while guiding multidisciplinary teams and fleet sustainment activities.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the ILS Manager oversees the FWSAR Program’s support system across its lifecycle. You will integrate fleet management, maintenance planning, Logistics Support Analysis, reliability programs, and technical publications. The role coordinates stakeholders and supports aircraft availability, contractual obligations, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary ILS teams, priorities, resources, measures, and development plans
- Maintain Integrated Logistics Support System performance and discipline integration
- Direct fleet sustainment, aircraft induction, and maintenance planning activities
- Oversee Fleet Management, LSA, reliability, obsolescence, and technical publications
- Monitor readiness, availability, performance, risks, and corrective actions
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, aviation management, logistics, or related discipline
- At least eight years in aerospace, defence, aviation, ILS, ISS, or sustainment
- At least five years leading technical or multidisciplinary support teams
- Experience with aircraft sustainment, maintenance planning, fleet, or support systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder skills
