Job Profile Summary
Lead the Digital strategy reporting directly to the Head of Digital, helping define the vision, strategic priorities, digital capabilities, execution delivery roadmap for Digital. Translate competitive market insights, enterprise priorities, and business objectives into clear strategic narratives, executive-ready recommendations, and actionable plans that align senior stakeholders and guide decision-making.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CUSTOMER
- Shape and articulate the Digital strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap in support of the Head of Digital and overall business priorities
- Plan, lead / manage and/or oversee a diverse set of work activities requiring alignment across multiple areas
- Provide direction and/or input to complex, wide ranging enterprise or cross-function / business projects/initiatives as a subject matter expert and where necessary participates in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting the implementation
- Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leaders and create compelling executive-level materials, narratives, roadmaps, frameworks, and recommendations that clarify priorities and drive alignment
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Digital and leadership team, bringing external market, competitive, customer, technology, and enterprise insights to identify future capability needs, strategic opportunities, and areas of risk
- Translate complex strategy, capability, and market information into clear written materials and storytelling that can be understood and acted on by executive, business, and cross-functional audiences
- Work effectively with multiple teams across a broad spectrum of initiatives and functional domains, influencing and aligning others as needed
SHAREHOLDER
- Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to business management activities for own area
- Actively manage relationships with corporate and/or control functions and ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements
- Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts to the Bank
- Assess / identify key issues and elevate to appropriate levels and relevant stakeholders where required
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes and sound infrastructure an in alignment with risk appetite
- Ensure business operations are in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements (e.g. financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals, and physical control of assets).
- Participate in cross-functional / enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situations
- Lead relevant governance meetings or committees and related deliverables / outcomes
- Lead / facilitate and/or implement action/remediation plans to address performance/risk/governance issues
