As a Sales Supervisor, you will manage customer RFQs and oversee commercial negotiations. Your role includes crafting sales strategies and tracking project delivery. Candidates should bring 3–5 years of automotive industry experience and demonstrate strong data sensitivity and execution skills. Collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams is key for success.
Key Responsibilities
• Support business expansion initiatives and sales order processes
• Develop sales action plans for significant customer accounts
• Facilitate customer RFQs and manage contract terms
• Collect and analyze market trends for informed decisions
• Establish project tracking and sales management tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• 3–5 years experience in automotive components
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented and result-driven in approach
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages preferred Achieve sales targets and drive business development initiatives in the automotive components market.
