Key Responsibilities
• Oversee cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead problem-solving efforts using tools like 5 Whys
• Ensure full integration of process changes into SOPs
• Monitor MES effectiveness and ensure SAP accuracy
• Mentor teams in continuous improvement methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant operations management experience
• Expert knowledge of SAP, MES, and ERP systems
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced operational setting
