Key Responsibilities
• Lead food safety training and safety culture in high volume services
• Supervise staff and monitor their training and development
• Conduct performance evaluations and oversee hiring processes
• Schedule daily activities, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
• Perform facility inspections adhering to food safety regulations
Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification as a Chef
• Minimum 7-9 years of relevant leadership experience
• Familiarity with safety programs and audits
• Proficient in MS Office applications
