Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed medication interaction checks for patients

• Evaluate the completeness of therapeutic evaluations
• Clarify permitted medication uses versus optimal therapeutic choices
• Document and communicate clinical findings persistently
Requirements:
• Ongoing use of Lexidrug or Lexicomp in practice
• 2+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience required
• Familiarity with spotting relevant medication interactions
• PharmD and active pharmacy credentials needed
• Specialized knowledge applicable to the clinical setting Use your expertise to support safe and effective pharmacy practices within UpToDate as a Lexidrug Specialist.
