Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office per week)

  • Role is largely independent, with collaboration as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute operational processes to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service
  • Respond to standard and non-standard inquiries from internal partners and external clients
  • Analyze and reconcile data and documentation to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance
  • Track performance metrics and address issues or discrepancies promptly
  • Resolve routine issues independently and escalate non-routine matters as required
  • Support change management initiatives focused on execution and sustainment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including planning, testing, and implementation
  • Follow documented policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships across teams
  • Exercise sound judgment within defined guidelines to identify and resolve issues
  • Provide input into process enhancements, tools, and training materials
  • Work primarily independently, with broader responsibilities assigned as needed

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Completed 1-year post-secondary degree
  • Bilingual French and English (fluent English is mandatory)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and work across teams
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Exposure to risk and regulatory environments
