Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office per week)
- Start Date: February 2, 2026
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Extension Potential: Up to 6 months
- Conversion to FTE: Possible
- Target pay rate to contractor: $20.00 CAD/hour
Working Hours
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
- Team size: ~25 members
- Role is largely independent, with collaboration as required

Key Responsibilities
- Execute operational processes to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service
- Respond to standard and non-standard inquiries from internal partners and external clients
- Analyze and reconcile data and documentation to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance
- Track performance metrics and address issues or discrepancies promptly
- Resolve routine issues independently and escalate non-routine matters as required
- Support change management initiatives focused on execution and sustainment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including planning, testing, and implementation
- Follow documented policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships across teams
- Exercise sound judgment within defined guidelines to identify and resolve issues
- Provide input into process enhancements, tools, and training materials
- Work primarily independently, with broader responsibilities assigned as needed
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Completed 1-year post-secondary degree
- Bilingual French and English (fluent English is mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and work across teams
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Exposure to risk and regulatory environments
