As a part-time Game Facilitator, you’ll ensure players enjoy their time at Activate by guiding them through check-ins, assisting during gameplay, and providing stellar customer support. A key part of your role is to monitor gaming activities, address any gameplay issues, and maintain a clean facility. Key Responsibilities: • Actively engage with customers during check-in • Explain and oversee game rules for participants • Assist players and address any in-game concerns • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility • Collaborate with leaders to ensure smooth operations
Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Customer service experience preferred • Excellent multi-tasking and communication abilities • Friendly and approachable demeanor • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
