Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis:

  • Analyze inventory trends and report on stock performance, demand forecasting, and inventory turnover rates.
  • Combine inventory data with sales insights from retailer vendor portals to optimize sales performance.
  • Familiarity with vendor platforms (e.g., Walmart’s Retail Link) is a strong asset.

2. EDI Technology System Management:

  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the company’s EDI system to ensure seamless data exchanges with trading partners (customers, suppliers, logistics, etc.).

3. E-Commerce:

  • Manage product listings and updates across eCommerce platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product accuracy, photo uploads, descriptions, and website updates.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in inventory management, logistics, or a similar eCommerce role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) required.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in managing inventory data and reports.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to resolve discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
  • Time Management: Skilled at handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
