ABOUT THE ROLE


Reporting into the VP, Client Operations & Delivery at No Fixed Address, you are an integral and valued part of the agency who will be responsible for planning and overseeing the execution and delivery of large-scale integrated projects.


You will be responsible for day-to-day management of and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, deliverables and budgets on a portfolio of clients on a range of projects.


You must be relationship-oriented, and have a deep understanding of how to work within an integrated agency structure, while balancing client and agency needs, to drive tangible outputs.



WHO YOU ARE


The ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced: 5+ years of in-depth project management experience from an integrated agency or similar, managing a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Experience leading medium to large-scale projects from beginning to end and working with strategy, creative, production and media is a must
  • A superior collaborator: working with several cross-functional internal and external teams, involving multiple clients and inter-agency touchpoints
  • Adaptable: Ability to adapt to evolving deliverables and priorities, responding quickly to diagnose and correct any project-related issues, and proactively plan for contingencies
  • Multitasker & Problem-solver: Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and lead the project team in finding the best approach and solution for the problem at hand.
  • Master communicator: Leverage strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to smoothly handle numerous variables and meet deadlines in high-stress environments
  • Proactive, energetic, a professional self-starter
  • Financially minded: tracking, analyzing and reporting project financial health to internal management as well as senior client stakeholders


More specifically, this person must:

  • Work closely with internal and client teams to fully understand and map out project tasks, dependencies, durations, and milestones. Distill requirements for creative, digital and integrated projects into SOWs
  • Align integrated disciplines and schedules, manage and adjust schedules and scopes throughout the project lifecycle as needed
  • Build out budgets and ballparks for agreed-upon deliverables both independently and in consultation with various team members
  • Support business leaders with financial forecasting and management
  • Conduct efficient meetings and ensure detailed agendas and meeting minutes are distributed to all parties
  • Anticipate scope creep, identify (potential) issues and support the project team in removing obstacles or blockers
  • Suggest and implement solutions to mitigate risks and solve identified issues.
  • Monitor progress, measure project financial metrics and report back to management, business leads and client stakeholders
  • Update all project team members and clients on the status of project activities, risks, and identified issues
  • Manage integrated and cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand and communicate project objectives, scope, timing, and budget
  • Effective and detailed communication via various channels with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present key project deliverables, schedules, and estimates to internal and external audiences


Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience as a project manager in an agency setting
  • Proven track record of managing priorities to help teams produce top-notch deliverables in scope, on time and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to know how to manage a diverse group of personalities with ease—a natural networker and self-motivated individual
  • Someone who puts the team first and aims to create team success
  • Proficient in timeline, resourcing and project management softwares
