About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our CRM team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing CRM campaigns and automations across multiple channels within the Adobe infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Manage a variety of clients and campaigns with at least 4 years' experience
- Implement, automate, and execute campaigns for multiple business units using Adobe Campaign Classic
- Develop an understanding of demographic data to create personalized campaigns and manage audience segmentation
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- Ability to problem solve and investigate root cause of potential issues
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention-to-detail
- Robust knowledge of everything CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or German are an asset)
