This full-time management position at Bell requires overseeing a team of nine professionals, ensuring effective credit portfolio management, and monitoring key accounts. You'll review portfolios monthly, set collection goals, and cultivate strong collaborative relationships across teams. This role is critical in aligning credit and collection policies with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of 9 credit and collections professionals
• Achieve or exceed DSO and collection objectives
• Monitor and review high-risk accounts monthly
• Oversee preparation of quarterly AFDA reports
• Ensure compliance with Bell’s workways policy
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in senior credit and collections roles
• Strong proficiency in financial report interpretation
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Credit Designation (CCP) preferred Be a leader in driving collections success and fostering teamwork at Bell, supporting both customer and business growth.
