Key Responsibilities: • Manage diverse caseloads in various community settings • Develop personalized treatment goal plans with clients • Teach life skills to promote independent living • Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects • Foster peer support and family connections
Requirements: • Degree in mental health or related field • Minimum one year of relevant experience • Knowledge of Mental Health Act and related legislation • Strong communication and organizational skills • Valid Ontario Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
