Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA (F/M/X)

Amaris Consulting is looking for a Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA to join our dynamic and international team in the HEMA department (Health Economics & Market Access – https://www.amaris.com/business-line/life-sciences/).

We are a dynamic and expert team of more than 80 collaborators located in 8 countries (Canada, U.S.A, Spain, France, U.K., China, Bulgaria and Tunisia), encompassing a diverse national background. Our main activities are Health Economics, Evidence Value & Access, and Biostatistics.

You will join the team as Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA:

  • Act as a lead analyst on projects including Health Economics (CEM, BIMs, cost calculators, etc.) and HTA submissions.
  • Interact with the client to understand their needs.
  • Identify optimal methodological solutions and lead the implementation of high‑quality deliverables.
  • Serve as a project manager on projects involving Health Economics and HTA.
  • Act as the main point of contact to the client.
  • Coordinate internal team work.
  • Represent company expertise in presentations, conferences, and external events, and contribute to proposal preparation.
  • Provide management and technical support to other team members within the department.
  • Coach junior team members on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure quality of staffing on projects within the cluster.
  • Maintain high standards for deliverables and share best practices within the team.

Business Development Support:

  • Support the development of project extensions and proactive opportunities with existing clients.
  • Contribute to proposal development in your area of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (minimum Master’s or equivalent) in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
  • Over four years of relevant experience in health economics and HTA, with solid knowledge of submissions in key markets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and VBA; experience with R is a plus.
  • Independently design, organize, implement, and present project plans while working effectively within a team.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience supervising project teams.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in writing and speaking, with clients and team members.
  • Creative mindset and proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.
