Key Responsibilities: • Welcome patients and ensure adherence to testing protocols • Conduct phlebotomy and ECG tracing tasks • Manage special test collections, including paternity tests • Engage with clients and follow up on their inquiries • Enter demographic details and requisition information accurately
Requirements: • Preferred completion of a Laboratory Assistant program • Prior phlebotomy and ECG training beneficial • Proficient communication and typing skills necessary • Exceptional customer service orientation • Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
