This role requires a strong leader with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 15 years of industry experience. You will direct electrical design projects and supervise a competent team while ensuring adherence to safety and technical standards. Your role is pivotal in achieving client satisfaction and operational excellence through strategic management.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop electrical design staff through guidance • Oversee all phases of electrical design projects • Ensure compliance with technical codes and standards • Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies • Implement policies to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements: • P.Eng. registration in Ontario is mandatory • Proven experience in building systems engineering • Proficient in AUTOCAD; knowledge of MS Office needed • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to meet CAPM/PMP certification requirements
