Cabco Technologies is growing, and we are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Unified Communications Technician to join our team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. What You Will Do

Assist with the implementation, installation, and integration of business telephone systems, including analog, digital, VoIP, and SIP solutions.

Install and support security systems, audio/visual solutions, and data network infrastructure.

Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.

Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain telecommunications and networking equipment.

Provide technical support both remotely and on-site.

Train customers for the effective use of their systems and equipment.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications or IT industry.

Experience working with PBX and VoIP systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Willingness to learn innovative technologies and complete ongoing training and certifications.

Valid driver's license.

Experience with Avaya and 3CX systems is considered an asset.
