Join Woodfibre LNG as a Utilities Operations Technician at the Squamish project site. Contribute to LNG production and ensure operational readiness through safety and efficiency.
As part of Woodfibre LNG's Operations team, this role is crucial for supporting operations during the Start-Up and ongoing phases. The successful candidate will focus on the Operations Readiness Assurance planning, development of documentation, and ensuring compliance throughout shifts. Your involvement will enhance environmental practices while meeting social responsibility standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop Operating Procedures and core documentation • Support ORA Plan execution for operational readiness • Ensure safety and efficiency in standard plant tasks • Verify plant equipment availability and reliability • Execute and support the Maintenance Strategy
Requirements: • High School Diploma required • 2-3 years in Utility Operations experience • 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate preferred • Knowledge of Permit to Work Systems • Valid driver’s license and passport required
