Description
As Growth Marketing Manager at Sadie, you will be responsible for figuring out how Sadie earns attention and turns that attention into growth. We are looking for someone with exceptional creative instincts, a strong personal point of view, and the ability to turn ideas into campaigns, content, and experiences that people want to engage with.
You should care deeply about the quality of what you put into the world. We don't want generic B2B marketing, content from a corporate template, or AI slop. We expect you to embrace AI and new creative tools to explore more ideas, move faster, and push what a small marketing team can produce. AI should increase your creative ambition, not replace your taste.
You will work closely with management, sales, product, and customers to understand what makes Sadie different and find creative ways to make the market care. Combine taste, creativity, experimentation, and commercial thinking to build a growth engine that is distinctly Sadie.
Values
- Exceptional creative taste and attention to detail
- High ownership and bias toward action
- Commercially minded and outcome-focused
- Curious and experimental
- Willing to challenge mediocre work
- Obsessed with understanding what resonates with people
What You'll Be Doing
- Make Sadie Impossible to Ignore
- Develop campaigns, content, creative concepts, and experiences that make Sadie stand out in a crowded technology market.
- Find interesting ways to tell Sadie's story without generic B2B SaaS marketing.
- Build a distinctive voice and creative identity across everything we put into the market.
- Turn product launches, customer stories, hospitality insights, company moments, and product improvements into things worth talking about.
- Develop ideas that travel across social, paid, email, events, sales, partnerships, and other channels.
- Create, Not Coordinate
- This is a hands‑on role. Take ideas through to execution without relying on an agency or a large team. Write campaigns, create concepts, produce videos, build landing pages, develop ad creative, interview customers, turn customer results into stories, and launch experiments. We care much more about what you can create than how many people you can coordinate.
- Use AI Without Looking Like You Used AI
- Use AI to research, brainstorm, prototype, write, design, edit, analyze, automate, and increase experimentation. Finished work must feel intentional, original, human, and unmistakably ours. Bring the judgement to distinguish interesting work from polished garbage, and use these tools to extend your creativity rather than substitute for ideas.
- Find What Resonates
- Understand hospitality operators: what they care about, what frustrates them, and what gets their attention.
- Spend time with customers, sales, and product so marketing reflects how people actually talk.
- Experiment with messaging, formats, channels, audiences, and creative concepts.
- Bring influences from culture, technology, hospitality, media, and the internet into Sadie's communication.
- Develop a strong instinct for which ideas deserve to exist.
- Turn Attention Into Growth
- Build campaigns that generate qualified opportunities and pipeline.
- Experiment with paid, organic, outbound, partnerships, events, content, and unconventional acquisition channels.
- Work closely with sales on target accounts, campaigns, messaging, and follow‑up.
- Improve the journey from attention to conversation to customer.
- Track which ideas, campaigns, and channels influence pipeline and revenue.
- Build the Playbook
- Treat growth as a continuous series of experiments: form hypotheses, get ideas into market quickly, measure, and learn.
- Stop what isn't working and turn successful approaches into repeatable systems.
- Constantly look for new ways Sadie can earn attention and reach hospitality operators.
Why This Role Matters
Sadie is building something fundamentally new for hospitality. This role turns customer outcomes, product capabilities, hospitality culture, company personality, and great ideas into something the market notices — turning creativity into attention, attention into demand, and demand into growth.
You will have significant freedom to experiment across content, creative, paid acquisition, events, partnerships, soci
