Your role will involve hands-on maintenance and innovative project management.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct preventative maintenance on facility systems • Troubleshoot HVAC and laboratory equipment • Diagnose and implement system improvements • Manage equipment sourcing and reporting • Lead projects for equipment maintainability
Requirements: • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field • Over 6 years of relevant mechanical experience • Proficiency with laboratory and HVAC systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of safety protocols and CAD tools
