Arctiq is seeking a Palo Alto Networks Security Engineer who can deliver significant improvements to the client's cybersecurity environment. This role emphasizes administering Palo Alto NGFW, analyzing traffic, and applying your analytical skills to refine security policies while maintaining efficiency in business operations. Your disciplined approach to change management is essential.
Key Responsibilities: • Administer and enhance Palo Alto Networks security policies • Analyze traffic and logs to identify security threats • Optimize firewall rules while ensuring security standards • Troubleshoot security issues using logs and diagnostic tools • Follow ITIL processes for all security policy changes
Requirements: • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW • Proficiency in App-ID, User-ID, URL Filtering • Knowledge of Cortex XDR for security event analysis • Understanding of security policy design principles • Ability to document changes and validate before implementation
