They seek an Engineering Manager responsible for leading engineering initiatives at the plant level, emphasizing collaboration with other leaders to align on strategic goals. This role demands a strong focus on new product initiatives while ensuring operational performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Manage continuous improvement in engineering and tooling processes â€
¢ Guide a multidisciplinary team of engineering and trades professionals â€
¢ Ensure new products meet readiness and quality standards â€
¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer satisfaction â€
¢ Review and evaluate engineering project documentation
Requirements:

¢ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field â€
¢ 7+ years in high-volume precision manufacturing â€
¢ 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams â€
¢ Lean Six Sigma certification is favorable â€
¢ Strong expertise in tooling or die-casting is preferred Bring your engineering leadership to support strategic growth and operational success in a manufacturing setting.
