As a Research Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining CBRE's leasing and sales database. Your responsibilities include gathering data on properties and transactions, adhering to quality procedures, and producing quarterly statistics. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, track developments, and coordinate specific broker requests that contribute to accurate research outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain the database with current property and transaction data • Enforce due diligence procedures for data quality • Analyze market trends and produce detailed reports • Complete ad hoc broker requests in a timely manner • Create presentations and materials for client engagements
Requirements: • Strong analytical skills in commercial real estate data • Experience with database management and reporting • Ability to track and report on market trends • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Familiarity with zoning and official plans
