This role places you inside brokerages, where you will observe, learn, and then automate real-world servicing workflows. By understanding direct customer interactions, you’ll create AI solutions that efficiently manage requests and document collections. Your experience with Python and designing multi-agent workflows will be essential.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop Ava for handling policyholder requests seamlessly • Outline real servicing processes and automate them • Collaborate with brokers to rethink agent interactions • Embed Ava into brokerage operational systems • Maintain high service quality for policyholder interactions
Requirements: • At least 2 years in engineering and product development • Expertise in Python and backend systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledgeable in using LLMs and agent frameworks • Interest in solving complex problems in insurance
