Reporting to the Managing Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor, managing executive priorities and aligning strategies across WES Canada. The role requires a strong background in project management and organizational leadership, demanding exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
Key Responsibilities: • Advise Managing Director on strategic organization initiatives • Coordinate executive priorities and facilitate cross-department alignment • Project manage board governance and reporting logistics • Support the development and execution of strategic priorities • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across WES Canada
Requirements: • Degree in business or related field • 8-10 years in strategic execution and organizational leadership • Exceptional project management skills • Strong decision-making capabilities • Proficiency in oral and written French
