About You You are someone who thrives on bringing revenue teams together around a shared go-to-market motion. You do your best work when complexity needs to become cohesion — when separate selling cultures, product vocabularies, and customer narratives need to come together into something a rep can actually use in the field. You understand that cross-sell doesn't happen because leadership decrees it; it happens because sellers have been given the tools, the language, and the confidence to make it real in every customer conversation. You are energized by the challenge of multi-product GTM and know how to help revenue teams move from selling what they know to confidently selling what the full portfolio can do.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact We're looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to build and scale the programs that help our go-to-market teams — Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding and Support — ramp faster, sell smarter, and execute consistently. The immediate priority is getting our Sales team and Account Managers comfortable and confident selling across all three of our business unit product lines. Beyond that, this role owns onboarding, ongoing training, content curation, and tool adoption across the revenue org, and partners closely with RevOps, team leads, and frontline managers to translate strategy into day-to-day execution.

This is an individual contributor role today, with real potential to grow into people leadership as the enablement function scales — for example, building out a small team of enablement specialists or coordinators as programs expand across functions. You'll have run enablement programs before and ideally have some experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating others (direct reports, contractors, or a working group), even if you haven't formally managed a team. This role breaks down into a few areas of focus:

Enable cross-BU selling.

Build and deliver the curriculum that gets Sales reps and Account Managers comfortable and confident selling all three business unit product lines — positioning, use cases, and value props for each, plus how they fit together for customers.

Design and own onboarding.

Build and continuously improve ramp programs for new hires across Sales, CS, and Support, with clear milestones and time-to-productivity targets.

Build ongoing enablement programs.

Develop training on product updates, messaging, competitive positioning, and sales/CS methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, value selling, or your team's chosen framework).

Manage content and knowledge systems.

Own the enablement content library (playbooks, battle cards, call frameworks, objection handling guides) and keep it current as the product and market evolve.

Partner cross-functionally.

Work with Product Marketing, Product, and RevOps to translate roadmap and positioning changes into digestible, actionable enablement.

Drive tool adoption.

Partner with RevOps on rollout and adoption of GTM tools (CRM, conversation intelligence, CS platforms) — training, certification, and reinforcement so tools actually get used correctly.

Measure what matters.

Define and track enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, call scorecards, certification completion) and report on program impact to leadership.

Coordinate contributors.

Work with a network of subject-matter experts, cross-functional partners, and (as the function grows) potential future direct reports to deliver programs on time.

Run the operating rhythm.

Own the enablement calendar — kickoffs, ongoing training cadence, certifications, and manager-led reinforcement.
