Step into a dual role at the Fall River YMCA as a Centre Cook & Support Early Childhood Educator. Directly impact children's health through meal preparation and nurturing classroom support.

This full-time contract role is designed for individuals passionate about food service and early childhood education. You will not only create healthy, delicious meals compliant with nutrition standards but also engage actively with children, supporting their daily needs and promoting a positive learning environment. Your expertise will contribute to both culinary and educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Create child-friendly, nutritious meals daily • Ensure safe kitchen conditions and food handling • Keep food inventory updated and organized • Provide support to educators in classroom activities • Participate in staff training and meetings

Requirements: • Food Handler Certification is a must • 1-2 years in Food Service or similar • ECE certification or intent to acquire • Recent social service background checks • CPR and First Aid training required
