The Director of Engineering will direct the strategy and operational excellence of the Rainmaker Ad Server team. You will be instrumental in translating business objectives into technical solutions that enhance ad serving capabilities for Tubi and other Fox brands. Strong engineering judgment is vital for guiding a team dedicated to scalable and efficient ad delivery.
Key Responsibilities: • Set execution standards across a low-latency ad serving platform • Own the engineering strategy for ad serving infrastructure • Partner with Product and Data Science teams for technical investments • Drive architecture for ad decisioning and auction systems • Build a high-caliber engineering organization through effective coaching
Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in distributed systems • 5+ years leading engineering teams • Proficient in low-latency system architecture • Experience with backend technologies like Postgres and Kafka • Strong operational and incident response skills
