Job purpose
Goway Travel Group is seeking a highly motivated
IT Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365 & SharePoint)
to support and enhance our Microsoft cloud environment, endpoint management platform, SharePoint Online ecosystem, and corporate IT operations.
This role will be responsible for the administration of Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, endpoint security, automation, and user lifecycle management. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supporting IT projects, cybersecurity initiatives, SharePoint development, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
This position is ideal for a hands‑on IT professional who enjoys both operational support and technical project work within a modern Microsoft‑first environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Microsoft 365 Administration
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
Manage user accounts, licensing, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, security groups, and access permissions.
Support onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, and identity lifecycle management.
Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 policies, security controls, and governance standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
SharePoint Administration & Development
Administer SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and content management structures.
Design, develop, and maintain intranet, departmental, and collaboration sites.
Create and enhance SharePoint solutions using modern SharePoint capabilities.
Develop and maintain business process automations using Power Automate.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver SharePoint and workflow solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
Administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
Support endpoint security controls, patch management, and operating system updates.
Monitor device compliance and remediation activities across corporate endpoints.
Assist with hardware deployment, refresh programs, and endpoint lifecycle management.
Security & Compliance
Support administration and monitoring of Microsoft Defender and related Microsoft security solutions.
Configure and maintain Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access policies, and identity security controls.
Investigate, respond to, and elevate security alerts and incidents as required.
Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives, vulnerability remediation efforts, and compliance activities.
Assist with implementation of security best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.
IT Operations & Support
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365, endpoint, and identity‑related issues.
Coordinate vendor escalations and support engagements where required.
Maintain accurate case documentation and service records.
Participate in after‑hours maintenance, upgrades, and project implementations as needed.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, security, and infrastructure projects.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assist with system upgrades, platform optimization, and technology roadmaps.
Contribute to IT standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for?
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT Systems Administration or Microsoft 365 Administration.
Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
Experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
