Key Responsibilities: • Manage lifecycle of visa applications efficiently • Draft and submit complete application packages • Research current processes at consulates and service centers • Collect documentation from clients and HR contacts • Follow up on pending applications with immigration authorities
Requirements: • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required • Basic knowledge of U.S. business immigration preferred • Proficient in English and at least one other language • Strong organizational and communication skills • Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
