As an Admin Assistant for Trauma & Neurosurgery, you'll play a key role in facilitating operations and maintaining effective communication. Key Responsibilities: • Organize office duties and maintain schedules • Book rooms and schedule meetings with Scheduler Plus • Assist with educational and special initiative coordination • Perform data entry for payroll and manage personnel files • Offer high-level support for trauma-related programs
Requirements: • 2 years of administrative experience in a hospital setting • Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects • Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial
