Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize underground mine ventilation for safety
Develop and maintain the mine ventilation plan
Conduct regular underground ventilation surveys and inspections
Analyze data to identify deficiencies and implement improvements
Design ventilation infrastructure and support capital projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of underground mining experience
Strong knowledge of ventilation systems and modeling software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional Engineer (P.
Eng.) designation is a plus Drive the future of safe and sustainable mining as a Ventilation Specialist with Hemlo.
