As a Human Resources Coordinator, your role is to assist plant operations in handling employee questions and ensuring smooth HR processes. You will utilize your skills to manage data in HRMS and KRONOS while supporting payroll and benefit-related administration. This position includes coordination of recruitment efforts and promoting positive employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage new hire and job change processes through HRMS • Respond to inquiries on payroll and benefits • Keep KRONOS and SAP updated with accurate information • Support recruitment processes and employee orientations • Generate reports about hourly staff metrics and trends
Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Strong analytical and teamwork skills • Capability to work independently in a union environment • Open to learning in a continuous improvement milieu
