Key Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate tracking of payroll and production • Plan logistics for daily and weekly team tasks • Motivate and support team performance • Communicate effectively with clients and project representatives • Collaborate to uphold project quality and financial targets
Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of related forestry experience • Relevant post-secondary education is a bonus • Must possess BC Class 5 Driver's License • Supervisory experience preferred for production targets • Ability to work in physically demanding environments
