As part of the Corporate business unit, you will lead a dedicated team providing data analytics and insights to the leadership team. Your role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, timely financial information is available for decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: • Produce comprehensive management reporting and insights • Lead annual budget and forecasting processes • Identify opportunities for reporting improvements • Formulate a data and analytics roadmap • Manage and develop team members through training
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA is preferred • 8-12 years of financial analysis and modeling experience • Skills in Power BI, Excel, and dashboard creation • Excellent problem-solving and data visualization abilities • Experience in Automotive Collision Repair is a plus
