You will be responsible for addressing repairs both inside and outside the building, along with monitoring the preventative maintenance program.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine repairs on plumbing, drywall, and electrical • Oversee gardening and landscaping tasks to enhance facility appearance • Schedule inspections and collaborate with the General Manager • Maintain checklists for building equipment and lighting systems • Prioritize maintenance activities for efficient scheduling
Requirements: • General knowledge of electric and plumbing systems • Experience in equipment maintenance and repairs • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently • Ability to communicate effectively with team members • Flexibility in adapting to changing work demands
