As a vital team member, you will actively translate business requirements into robust system solutions. Your role involves configuring insurance applications, participating in user acceptance testing, and ensuring that the systems function reliably. Collaborate effectively while providing technical support and adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs) throughout the contract period.
Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and implement system changes • Engage in user acceptance testing and quality assurance • Maintain system hierarchy and configure insurance applications • Coordinate user access requests and password resets • Support incident management and technical inquiries
Requirements: • Educational background in business or IT management • Experience in business analysis or related field • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office suite • Familiarity with insurance applications preferred
