About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to lead and grow one of our key Canadian retail accounts, Costco. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Costco business, delivering annual targets, driving profitable growth, and building a strong pipeline of future opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Units to develop customer strategies, identify opportunities and secure future listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Costco customer business, delivering against annual sales and business targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong commercial pipeline in partnership with the Business Units.
- Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) and customer strategies.
- Identify and secure new listings and future growth opportunities, including planning for 2027.
- Develop and present customer proposals and product packs/MVMs.
- Manage profitability and ensure Costco packs deliver sustainable business results.
- Analyze customer and business performance, including P&L and trade-related considerations.
- Build strong relationships with Costco and internal stakeholders across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Units.
- Identify customer risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable commercial plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer objectives and drive profitable growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Key Account Management experience; ideally 3–5 years in a commercial/customer-facing role.
- Direct experience managing Costco is highly preferred and considered a strong differentiator.
- Experience managing major Canadian retail customers such as Costco, Walmart or Loblaw will be considered.
- Strong understanding of P&L, profitability and commercial performance.
- Experience in CPG/FMCG, ideally within Food, Personal Care, Beauty or Health.
- Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to turn insights into business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $84,900-$96,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI)
LTI: This position is LTI eligible.
