Keyera is hiring a Senior Operations Leader for their Empress VI facility located near Medicine Hat, Alberta. This crucial role involves managing operational efficiency while prioritizing safety and compliance.

As a Team Lead in operations, you will support daily management tasks and help guide your team toward meeting key production and quality targets. This position requires a minimum of ten years' operational experience with a strong emphasis on leadership and team dynamics. Commitment to safety and process improvement is essential.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct daily operations for the facility • Investigate and manage production issues • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures • Conduct rounds and support continuous safety improvements • Step in for absent leadership as needed

Requirements: • 2nd class Power Engineer certification needed • A decade of operations experience, including leadership • Proven dedication to workplace safety • Strong interpersonal skills for team leading • Valid driver's license with a clean record
