CMHA Algoma is seeking a Program Supervisor responsible for efficient program operations. You will manage daily activities, financial aspects, and supervise front-line staff. Your leadership will foster a trauma-informed culture while building community relationships to support mental wellness.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily mental health program operations • Supervise front-line staff and manage performance • Foster a safe and inclusive work culture • Monitor service delivery and client care coordination • Manage budgets, expenditures, and reporting
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field • Minimum five years in mental health and addictions • At least two years in a supervisory role • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care models • Valid Ontario driver’s license and police check required
