A 1A or 3A driver's license would be an asset. Experience is an asset. Punctual. The candidate must possess a good attitude, people skills, and an ability to work well with other company employees and management and provide excellent customer service. The candidate must also be self-motivated. Most duties are completed outdoors year-round, and they are also performed in confined spaces. Excellent work habits: Demonstrated ability to perform the job to a high degree of satisfaction. Operate construction equipment, including horizontal directional boring rig and locating equipment. When drilling is completed or not available, you must be able to assist crew members in placing underground pipes and conduits, perform manual labor and shovel work, and operate power tools. Restore the job site to conditions found before beginning work. Notify the construction manager of unanticipated field changes and suggest possible alternatives. Comply with all company policies, regulatory safety regulations, and code requirements. Always meet established company standards of appearance and demeanor. Must have a valid driver's license, own transportation, and a clean driving record. Ability to occasionally lift 100+ lbs. Possess good written and oral skills in English.
