Key Responsibilities: • Build and install mechanical sub-assemblies accurately • Perform high-reliability soldering of PCBs and CCAs • Fabricate wire harnesses with precision and care • Collaborate with design engineers on new product prototypes
Requirements: • 5-10+ years in mechanical assembly and PCB soldering • Strong soldering proficiency to IPC-Class-3 standards • Skills in wire-harness building per IPC/WHMA-A-620 • Proficient with torque wrenches and digital multimeters • Ability to work independently and in teams
