Reporting to the Vice President of Workforce Reengineering, you will analyze and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction. Your leadership will guide process mapping, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategic initiatives that leverage automation and optimize performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across teams under your guidance.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and refine the Process Improvement Centre of Excellence • Lead stakeholder engagement and workshops • Implement governance for improvement initiatives • Analyze current workflows for optimization opportunities • Collaborate with leaders to enhance service delivery
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field • 5+ years in process reengineering roles • Proven skills in AI and automation integration • Strong communication and coaching abilities • Experience with user-centered design methodologies
