This role is primarily service-focused, supporting Multi-Family and Commercial buildings through troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and replacements.Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in Multi-Family and Commercial buildingsPerform service work, preventative maintenance, and equipment replacementsCoordinate closely with dispatch and office support for smooth daily operationsCommunicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and internal team membersComplete work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standardsFollow all company and industry health and safety policiesParticipate in after-hours and on-call rotations as requiredQualifications:Registered 3rd Year, 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman PlumberExperience in Multi-Family and/or Commercial service is an asset (but not required)Strong service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsProfessional communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamOrganized, dependable, and safety-focusedValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordWillingness to continue developing skills and knowledge in plumbing technologiesCompensation and Benefits:Annual salary: $66,500 – $97,000, based on experienceFull health and dental benefitsCompany vehicleSigning bonus after 6 monthsFull-time, permanent employmentWhile we thank all those who apply, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
