On behalf of our retained client in the Agriculture and Manufacturing industry, The STORY Group is recruiting for a newly created Sr. Operations Manager role.


In this people management role, the Sr. Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Warehouse and Transportation activities to ensure customer orders are distributed in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner.


The ideal candidate is process driven, strategic, and excels in building and leading teams.

Experience in Agriculture, CPG, Food, Retail, and/or Supply Chain/3PL industries is beneficial.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post secondary degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience;
  • 10 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
