Vice President, Finance – High-Growth Privacy-Tech | TSXV-Listed | Remote-Friendly (Toronto HQ) We are partnering with a fast scaling, publicly listed Canadian technology company at the forefront of data privacy and consumer empowerment. Headquartered in Toronto with a lean national team, this organization is pioneering consent-based data monetization and subscription-based personal data protection. They are seeking a hands‑on, strategic VP Finance to join the executive team and lead all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, audit, investor support, and cash management. This is a unique opportunity to step into the most senior finance role within a fast‑moving, product‑led environment – where your impact will be both immediate and far‑reaching. What’s Exciting About This Role You’ll own the full finance function for a TSXV-listed, sub-$10M revenue company. Be the CEO’s right hand on all things financial – from cash runway to capital planning. Step into a high‑trust environment where you’ll shape strategic decisions, not just report on them. Who We’re Looking For You are a CPA-designated finance leader with experience in public company reporting (IFRS/SEDAR) and cash flow forecasting in a resource‑constrained or start‑up setting. You thrive when rolling up your sleeves, are fluent in investor expectations and disclosure processes, and are ready to serve as a utility player across audit, capital, and compliance. Bonus points if you’ve worked directly with founders or supported capital raise activity.
