Chandos is seeking a skilled Superintendent with at least five years of experience in general contracting. You will manage commercial and institutional projects, ensure safety compliance, and lead construction teams effectively. Ideal candidates are technologically savvy, especially with digital systems like MS Project, and have self-performance experience. Healthcare project expertise is a plus.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish • Maintain safety and compliance standards across job sites • Utilize MS Project to manage timelines and resources • Foster clear communication within teams and with stakeholders • Drive project success through innovative problem-solving
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ Superintendent experience • Proficient in digital systems, especially MS Project • Background in commercial and institutional construction • Self-performance experience • Healthcare experience is a strong asset
