We foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Analyst with expertise in data visualization tools such as Qlik and Power BI, along with advanced knowledge of SEO and Generative AI search technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital performance, optimizing our online presence, and leveraging AI-driven insights to inform and enhance marketing and content strategies. Your ResponsibilitiesExecute web analytics activities across multiple international marketsManage and optimize tracking setups using E-Tracker and QlikDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BIVisualize insights and present findings in PowerPoint to stakeholders at all levelsAnalyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral patterns to identify optimization opportunitiesCollaborate closely with UX, Marketing, Product, and IT teams to drive data-informed decisionsEnsure data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant privacy regulationsYour Profile2+ years of experience in web analytics, digital insights, or a related fieldHands-on experience with E-Tracker and Qlik (mandatory)Strong skills in User Journey tracking, funnel analysis, and behavioral insightsProficiency in Power BI for data modeling and visualizationExcellent presentation skills using PowerPointStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendationsExperience working in an international environmentWhat We OfferA dynamic, multicultural team with global impactOpportunities for professional growth and continuous learningModern tech stack and access to advanced analytics toolsA culture that values innovation, collaboration, and data-driven thinking
